It really scares him, sob. It's funny because when they first got together, Konatsu was like, shit, Wrath's really not mature enough to handle this type of thing. Now, though, he thinks it's Acedia who's not mature enough to handle it, and he's afraid it's going to blow up in their faces and Wrath will get hurt, possibly more than just emotionally. Actually he thinks they're a terrible mismatch in that Acedia is too immature to handle the emotional demands of a relationship and Wrath is too immature to handle Acedia's level of physicality yet! He sees it as just TOO INTENSE FOR BOTH OF THEM in different ways and he does not think it's healthy or will end well, but he's resolved to not butt into it unless he feels Wrath is in serious imminent danger. But man. Does he ever worry. He doesn't trust Acedia to be capable of not hurting ANYONE, no matter how much he loves them, and knows he can't convince people like Luke and Dera of that, so he has to just sit and watch. 8(

How IS Dera dealing with the physical relationship, IS HE INTO IT?

He is! But I think a large part of that is because so far their physical relationship's been fairly typical of the kind of things teenagers would do anyway. Pretty vanilla or illicit ~touching~, and yeah there's definite rough and aggressive notes thrown into it at times, but even that's on the mild side of things so it's not enough to alarm him at all (and really a little aggression and roughness wouldn't turn him OFF in the first place). He is kind of reeling from it in a way, though? His sex drive isn't actually very high, so he just feels like he's getting dragged along sometimes. :|a But not in an upsetting way, just kind of overwhelmed at times.

The only thing that's really bothered him so far is the occasional pressuring for public sex, which is just. n-no \o/ Would not ever be comfortable with that.

Top five things Konatsu wants to do that don't involve Mukuro somehow.
