MEMORY #1 (starter memory; Hyuuga in the Hawkzile) // trivial neutral
Okay people like rambling about their characters' memories as they come back so SO WILL I, this will be handy.
Unfortunately I chose to give Konatsu a snip of memory that only lasts about two seconds, so there's not much to say! Here's how he described it to Mukuro:
Yes, I . . . we were flying. We were in the air, sitting down, and he was behind me, and I turned to him, and I said--Lieutenant Commander, the sunglasses don't match the bishop's robes . . . that's all.
The page in question is here! Notice that Konatsu has SO LITTLE OF THIS MEMORY that he didn't hear Hyuuga thank him/say his name.
WHAT HE REMEMBERS BASED ON THIS:
* he was wearing a black uniform, while Hyuuga was in clergy robes.
* he was presumably in the military, since he was wearing said uniform and referred to Hyuuga as Lt. Commander.
* he was piloting some sort of flying machine, though he doesn't remember how or even what kind of machine it was.
* a vague feeling that Hyuuga is someone important to him, and the sense that Hyuuga is his superior, since Hyuuga is older and was referred to by rank.
However, he has no idea why Hyuuga was dressed that way; he doesn't know whether it was the robes or the sunglasses that were the ~strange addition~ to his wardrobe. Maybe they're part of a religious military! Hyuuga is obviously in the military, but maybe he's also clergy! Or maybe it was some sort of weird costume! Or who even knows! (He just knows it did look pretty stupid.)
But he knows he was in the military, and he's kind of clinging to that as his only indication of who he is and what kind of life he lived. This coupled with his natural inclination to be polite and please people are why he refers to everyone as Sir, Miss, etc. so far. It's the only inkling of himself that he has.
I will probably add the full explanation of this memory to his bank so that he can realize later what Hyuuga had just done and have Feelings, ha ha. That reminds me I need to add his world info too so he can remember someday what the hell he's serving.
